Treatment and Rehabilitation
How TREATMENT can help
Psychological treatment can help when distress, uncertainty, pain, fatigue, injury, illness, or major life changes begin to affect confidence, relationships, daily routines, or participation in meaningful roles.
My approach is active, practical, and strategy-based. Depending on your needs, treatment may include ways of managing anxiety or low mood, reducing rumination, improving sleep and stress regulation, rebuilding confidence, communicating more effectively, and developing a sustainable daily structure.
Treatment is collaborative and tailored to your circumstances. We will agree on useful goals, practise strategies that can be applied outside sessions, and review what is helping. When appropriate, I can also work alongside occupational therapists, exercise professionals, medical practitioners, and other members of your rehabilitation team.
